As Financial Services Administrator, your responsibilities include:

• Providing administration support to sales specialists and financial consultants
• Providing pricing updates to stakeholders
• Working with IFAs and carrying out necessary administrative tasks
• Processing transfers in
• Preparing letters of authority
• Liaising between clients and consultants, dealing and actioning all enquiries as efficiently as possible

Profile

As Financial Services Administrator, you must have:

• Experience ideally in a financial services administration role
• Strong communication skills and able to build good relationships with stakeholders across all levels
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Strong attention to detail and work with a high level of accuracy
• Well organised and able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
