E ssential Functions and Objectives :
S upports recruiting and onboarding for various high volume and specialized positions across Denver Public Schools. Supports the team with strategies to strengthen and expand initiatives to recruit, hire, retain and advance team members, with a specific focus to support increased recruiting efforts to build a diverse workforce.
Duties include, but are not limited to pre-boarding transactions and cultivation of candidates for positions across schools and departments.
