Customer Service Representative

Summary: Our well-established client headquartered in North Charlotte is hiring for multiple B2B Customer Service and Inside Sales Representatives with a well-established team! This person will be thoroughly trained on all the company products and processes to ensure a successful transition into the role!

Location: Fully remote!!

Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire!

Compensation: $17.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Make 30-100 inbound calls per day handling a variety of questions and reasons for the call (billing, want to know more about the product/sales, complaints, shipping questions, wrong order, etc.)
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products (new and existing), policies and merchandising information to efficiently serve customers
• Provide consultation service to customers by answering, handling and resolving customer questions, requests, issues, complaints, etc. for an assigned market
• Communicate customer issues and feedback to appropriate individuals using established communication channels
• Maintain knowledge of competitor’s pricing, policies, and market strategy to effectively deal with business competition
• Champion corporate image and reputation and protect and develop the Company brand by providing customers with suitable promotional activities as directed
• Assist with product inventories as directed

Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required, Associates preferred
• Prior customer service experience required, high-volume call center experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills as this is B2B customer service
• Demonstrated customer issue resolution experience required
• Ability to work hard, build collaborative working relationships, and work with a team to accomplish goals
• Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high attention to detail
