Titan Hotel Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. As a Customer Support Specialist for one of the leading hospitality companies in the industry, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, processing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about serving customers and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests via phone, email, and chat
• Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Process customer reservations, cancellations, and modifications in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Actively monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on review sites and social media
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to address customer needs and issues
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
