SALARY: £60,000 – £75,000 PLUS £5K car allowance

Working hours
• 42.75 Hours per week
• Working 07:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 16:00pm on Fridays, with a 45-minute unpaid break each day

Experience required for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Main Contractor experience
• Running a commercial project individually
• High-end Residential
• Traditional JCT contracting
