About the Role

A newly created opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator has become available in our Sydney team in The Rocks. You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the delivery of customer focussed end to end talent acquisition activities.

This position is ideal for an individual looking to start their career in the recruitment and talent acquisition space. We offer hybrid work with 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office.

Please note: this is an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage end to end recruitment including phone screening candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks and facilitating background checks (police checks, working with children etc)
• Draft contracts of employment and ensure information is accurate and compliant
• Review and post job advertisements across job channels (SEEK, Linkedin, Social Media)
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (TRIBE) to ensure all information is up to date & accurate.
• Ensure positive candidate experience from the initial application to the commencement of onboarding process
• Provide general assistance to the Talent Acquisition Manager in the implementation of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment initiatives

About You

• Experience in a TA/Recruitment support role would be highly regarded.
• Degree qualified or equivalent with a major in Human Resources preferred
• High level of customer service, particularly over the phone
• Experience using Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administration skills with the ability to create and maintain documents and records
• Proactive approach to problem solving and finding solutions
• Keen to learn, develop and grow
