KPI Recruiting Hiring for Service Scheduler at Bolton Full Time

My client is looking for an Service Scheduler. 

Day to day duties: 

• Liaising with customers via telephone and email, assisting with service, warranty and insurance queries
• Communicating with internal departments with regards to works statuses and updates
• Relaying updates to clients verbally, building and maintaining excellent relationships to increase repeat business
• Scheduling appointments accurately, in line with client requirements 
• Logging and updating information on internal software
• Manage stock levels as requried for other departments, to enable work to be completed in a timely manner

Experience: 

• 1+ year experience in scheduling/sales admin/account manager/similar role 
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbally
• Sales experience 
• Experience within vehicle industry preferred
