Primary duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for handling all site related requests and processes accurately and efficiently
Handle site inquires and complaints
Liaise with client support group for all site related complaints from clients
Liaise with sites throughout diplomatically, while maintaining a strong and effective relationship
Be proficient in finding and setting-up new sites, this includes the co-ordination of training for sites
Responsible for handling site supply orders, new site set-ups and site cancellations
Ensure services are compliant with all applicable legislation
Ability to negotiate and persuade sites to meet pricing objectives
Follow DriverCheck’s policies and procedures
Work in conjunction with other department staff to provide efficient process flow across the organization
Assist in developing and implementing new processes and work flow
Other duties as may be assigned

Detail oriented and accurate
Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritizing and managing time effectively in order to optimize productivity and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and in conjunction with co-workers in the customer service department in particular the sites staff to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively on a daily basis
Ability to communicate in French is considered an asset
