The Opportunity
Brand new and exclusive opportunity for a Paid Media Lead, to join an exciting, fast growth e-commerce business in an entirely remote role. The company is in the luxury beauty tools space, operating in a direct to consumer model via their website, as well in luxury stores and retail partners both online and in-store, globally.
In their fifth year of trading, the company is growing from strength to strength in both team size and numbers, which is why the Paid Media Lead position is such a critical and important role for the business, and will be responsible for driving growth across the brand.
Overview
The role sits at the centre of the marketing team, and will have a direct at Paid Media Specialist level. The Paid Media Lead will play a critical role in planning, implementing, and optimising advertising campaigns across both Paid Search and Paid Social. The role will work closely with the internal team to drive online visibility, increase website traffic, and maximise ROI. It is critical that candidates have experience with managing large budgets and experience with international regions, including Europe, US and UAE.
Note that we are looking for a mix of Paid Search and Paid Social experience, but this person will lean more towards Paid Search.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies based on objectives, industry trends, and keyword research.
Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases for each campaign.
Ad Creation: Create compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives that drive clicks and conversions.
Campaign Setup: Set up and configure Google Ads campaigns, including keyword targeting, ad groups, and bidding strategies.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI.
A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize ad elements such as headlines, ad extensions, and landing pages to improve performance.
Conversion Tracking: Implement conversion tracking and analyze data to measure campaign success.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging advertising platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements – Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of achieving positive results.
Google Ads certification is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using Google Ads and related tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
Location: Remote (UK)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (negotiable on experience) per annum.
