Are you a self-sufficient, responsible, and detail-oriented individual looking to join an exciting and diverse team? We seek a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong packing skills to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team and maintain a positive, respectful, and conflict-free environment.

This is an entry-level, in-office (non-remote) clerical position with a full-time Monday through Friday 9 : 00 AM- 5 : 00 PM Schedule.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Proven experience in fast-paced packing environments with solid attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team and maintain a positive, respectful, and conflict-free environment
• College-level verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate with precise data entry skills, including ten-key typing
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and minimize errors

Preferred skills but not required :

• Graphic design experience
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Previous shipping and handling experience
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva Pro, or Blender for developing EBC / A+ Content, hero images, banners, etc.
• Experience in providing high-level administrative support
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
• Experience in inbound shipping packages
• Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

Additional Information

• This is an in-office position. Therefore, we do not offer Remote Work.
• Health Insurance is provided after a 90-day probation period.

• Monday to Friday
