The Role You Could Play:

The Senior Brand Strategy Manager role at MECCA is a role like no other. This role combines strategy, project management, marketing and brand management into a dynamic, fast-paced, role that is central to the MECCA business. This includes overseeing and optimising how, when and what we deliver to our brands (updates, performance, strategy and trade plans), being a key SME and project manager on MECCA’s Brand Management Model Project and supporting and delivering strategic plans with the merchandise team. This is one of the most cross-functional roles in the business, cutting across all departments and business activities, working both inside the business and on the business. This role is integral to the continued, long-term success of MECCA.

In this role, you will support our Merchandise team in delivering strategies to our brands using insights, as well as supporting category growth and driving and delivering strategic brand presentations. Overseeing, supporting and optimising brand planning will be another pivotal part of your role as the conduit between merchandise and marketing to deliver meaningful brand plans and moments of brand engagement.

Your analytical, interpersonal, critical thinking, project management skills will be called upon from day one.
