We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our team!
Duties and responsibilities :
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an essential role in facilitating a smooth onboarding for all our new hires. They will assist all our Talent Acquisition Specialist in administrative tasks, assist with recruiting process improvements to gain efficiencies, and provide data and analytics on the recruiting process.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED
2 years of related experience
Demonstrated interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Technical proficiency in utilizing computers and generating s
Preferred Qualifications :
BA in human resources or a related field
PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
Experience in the health care field
