Job Description
As a Client Success Specialist, you will be a vital part of our team, located in the vibrant city of New Orleans, LA, in a hybrid work role. The Client Success Team is the cornerstone of our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your role will involve enhancing the overall client experience, driving increased service utilization, and ensuring client retention.
Responsibilities
Maintain regular and meaningful client contact to exceed client expectations.
Uphold strict confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA regulations in handling patient files, personal, and proprietary information.
Swiftly resolve and escalate issues to provide timely solutions.
Demonstrate courteousness and composure in all interactions.
Update and manage client information in CRM and LIS software systems.
Effectively communicate sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the implementation process, from account setup to client IT support and lab operations.
Educate clients on our services and stay updated on patient monitoring, ensuring medication adherence, quality of care, and liability.
Expertly identify problems, gather information, establish facts, and derive valid conclusions.
Collaborate effectively to achieve specific goals and outcomes.
Train and coach clients on laboratory systems and processes.
Interpret insurance and reimbursement matters.
Cultivate productive relationships with internal company departments.
Represent the company with the utmost professionalism and ethical integrity.
Requirements
Strong typing, data entry, and phone skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Client-focused and service-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in client services; laboratory experience is a plus.
Flexibility to adapt to business and client needs.
Ability to visually assess test requisitions and computer data.
Thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
