Duties:
– Assist with day-to-day operations of the office
– Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
– Coordinate appointments and manage calendars
– Prepare and distribute documents and correspondence
– Maintain office supplies and inventory
– Assist with billing and invoicing processes
– Provide support to staff members as needed
Requirements:
– Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
– Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office equipment
