Likewize is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, administration, delivery and execution of staffing our Global Headquarters and other locations as needed.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for all open positions : post in applicant tracking system, source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
• Interview candidates to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements.
• Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.
• Manage open positions using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to include : posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, forwarding resumes and maintaining candidate activity.
• Provide expertise and guidance to business unit senior management to meet their strategic staffing needs. Analyzes results of staffing s to determine trends, critical issues, and gaps in both the short and long-term complete with recommendations of future actions.
• Creates and retains contact with all sources of employment to create pools of candidates for open roles.
• Negotiate offers and draft offer letters in accordance with policy and procedures. Set up for background checks and manage the candidates through all required pre-hire checks.
• Provide additional HR support as needed throughout organization.
• Provide support and expertise in areas of Employment Law and applicable state / federal laws including FMLA, EEO, OFCCP, etc.
• Maintain ATS system and provide ing and data analysis from ATS system.

Requirements / Skills

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and / or experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business related field or Human Resources discipline OR equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Applicant management experience with ATS (Kenexa), MS Excel, and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
• Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, networking, employee referrals, and job postings; as well as conducting open houses and job fairs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations in addition to US Employment Law.
• Knowledge of Human Resources software applications.
