Stay Vacation Rentals Hiring for Guest Experience Manager at Garden City, UT Full Time

Stay is seeking a Guest Experience Manager who lives in Garden City, UT or 10 miles surrounding to join our team. As the Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional stay in our vacation rentals. You will inspect and stage our beautiful Vacation Rentals prior to guest check-in, message guests and work closely with our trusted vendor to ensureing the upkeep of our homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing people.

Average 5-10 hours per month per property.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance vendors to ensure that each rental property is ready for guests
• Regularly inspect rental properties to ensure quality standards are met
• Develop and implement procedures to streamline the guest experience and improve guest satisfaction
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee the management of rental bookings and assist with guest check-ins and checkouts
• Maintain accurate records and s related to guest stays and maintenance issues

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Not required but helpful: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
• Not required but helpful: Experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on guest experience management
