Legal Customer Service Advisor

Your role is to assist the firms customers and help their journey with making a claim, dealing with all queries you are able to and simply make sure their customers receive the best service.

• Taking and making calls, assisting them with the initial start of their claims.

• Go through the service and what is involved and what is available to them.

• Collect and update data.

• Liaise with other departments.

• Meeting any KPI requirements and team targets.

• Assisting with any additional administration.

• Making suggestions for improvement and taking part in any development training.

You don’t any legal experience, but if you do have any prior legal know – how or experience in insurance this would be an advantage. Please only apply if you have previous experience in a call centre environment.

Mon – Sat: 08.00 – 20.00

Sun: 09.00 – 18.00

Shift rotation

Lates: 1 week in 4

Weekends: 1 week in 4
