Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Minotaur Software Subject Matter Expert to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD location .

Basic Qualifications :

The candidate must have experience in the following :

• Must have knowledge of the Minotaur software and Family of Services.
• Must be capable of interfacing with ManTech developers, testers, and integrators.
• Must be capable of monitoring and developing procedures.
• Must be able to gather customer feedback and requirements.
• Must be capable of collecting, collating, and generating Minotaur documentation.
• Design, implement, and assist in Minotaur demonstrations and exercises.
• Must be capable of testing the operating system software, the networking software, and the computer hardware.
• Be able to contribute to relevant white papers, case studies, and videos.

Preferred experience :

• Shall have knowledge of Minotaur internals.
• Experience as an integration engineer or a comparable role.
• Experience with JIRA to track and manage work.
• Shall have previous experience with integrating solutions via API.
• Desire the following : 1) Knowledge of SIGINT, EO / IR, Radar, TCDL, ADS-B, AIS, IFF, and sensor systems in general 2) Knowledge of track correlation schemas.

3) Knowledge of Human Factors. 4) Knowledge of the SETR process. 5) and the ability to work with program offices. 6) Experience with API management tools.

Education / Experience Requirements :

Bachelors Degree +2 years experience.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, computer printer and copy machine

Security Clearance Requirements :

Secret Security Clearance required with the ability to obtain Top Secret / SCI. In addition to the security clearance, this position may require an additional background screening for base access.

U.S. Citizenship required

For all positions requiring access to technology / software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.
