Responsibilities

Develop and execute on all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, display advertising, SEO, and PPC.

Analyze campaign performance and make suggestions for improvements to optimize effectiveness and drive sales.

Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with brand messaging and business goals.

Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotions, new product launches, and other marketing initiatives.

Monitor online reputation and proactively address any negative feedback or reviews.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing tools, techniques, and trends and provide recommendations to the team on how to improve our digital marketing strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales and engagement.

Expert knowledge of email marketing, social media, display advertising, SEO, and PPC.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the food production or retail industry is a plus.
