We are seeking a Bentonville based VP or Higher of Sales.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

· Coordinating and being the liaison between Customer and Sales team

· Responsible for Sales Growth

· Determining strategy for countries of production,

· New Category innovation

· Contributing to being a major player of the customers business

· Training/Evaluating sales team for customer engagement, communication, presentation.

· Implementation of best practices with process to utilize the resources efficiently.

· Leading Coordinating, Customer, Design Meeting

· Providing Sales intelligence, US Market Status

· Having regular basis contact with customers and building stronger relationship

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 10 plus years apparel sales experience with focus on cut and sew knits

· Experience leading teams

· Ability to strategize operational structural changes with Senior leadership

· Sr. Sales Executive who has keen understanding of logistics in the global marketplace
