As a Tele Caller, you will engage with potential customers over the phone to promote products and services while building strong relationships. Your role is critical in successfully connecting with clients and meeting sales goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Make Calls:** Engage with customers by making outbound calls to introduce and promote our products and services.
– **Explain Products:** Clearly explain the features and benefits of products to potential clients, ensuring they understand what is being offered.
– **Answer Queries:** Respond to any questions or concerns from customers promptly and effectively, providing accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
– **Record Information:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference and follow-up.
– **Achieve Targets:** Work towards achieving set sales targets by persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and confidently. A polite and friendly demeanor is essential for building rapport with customers. Basic computer skills are necessary for logging calls and managing customer data. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, able to adapt to product knowledge efficiently. A positive attitude and resilience are crucial in handling customer objections and rejections. Since the role is full-time, reliability and commitment to working from the office in Kolkata are important. Preference is given to female candidates for this position.
