Location: Toronto, Ontario
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage dispatch operations, leveraging advanced computer-based tools and systems.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of 12 professionals located across Ontario to meet and exceed client service expectations.
• Employ company-provided state-of-the-art technology, including a laptop and smartphone, to facilitate your work.
• Uphold our unwavering commitment to punctual deliveries and the highest standards of service excellence.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; candidates will undergo comprehensive basic training and examinations.
• Proficiency in computer skills, with a strong command of relevant software and tools.
• Exceptional ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective coordination.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions (Laptop will have its own internet SIM).
