Position Summary

As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, from driving sales and ensuring visual merchandising excellence to nurturing a passionate and high-performing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the store’s success and contribute to the growth and reputation within the Australian fashion landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Development:
• Recruit, train, and inspire a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members can thrive and grow.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Sales and Profitability:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve store sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans.
• Effectively manage expenses to ensure the store’s profitability.
• Visual Merchandising Excellence:
• Ensure that the store maintains an inviting and visually appealing environment that showcases our latest fashion collections.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to implement captivating store displays and layouts.
• Continuously assess and optimize product placement and presentation.
• Customer Experience:
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, offering expert product knowledge and assistance.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Create a shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and minimizing shrinkage.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and ensure seasonal transitions are executed smoothly.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets.
• Store Operations:
• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure a safe and organized shopping environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or Management experience in the fashion retail industry.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of Australian fashion trends and the local market is a plus.
