Full Job Description – Work From Home

OCTANE USED CARS is currently seeking a BDC Sales Representative to join our fast paced dynamic team.

The successful candidate will effectively communicate by telephone and email with customers and schedule appointments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Communicate effectively by telephone and email with customers.
Schedule appointments.
Answer inbound calls and respond to all customer inquiries and all web leads promptly and effectively. Follow up with clients and prospective clients by utilizing established dealership templates to communicate with customers by email and telephone.
Utilize dealership call logs for all inbound and outbound sales calls.
Schedule, log, and confirm appointments with customers and achieve.
Update the CRM with information related to all verbal communication with customers.
Enter information in the Appointment Log when an appointment is scheduled.
Complete necessary certification tests.
Study used vehicle inventory on a weekly basis.
Communicate with the Direct Manager about any potential customer concerns.
Follow the policies and procedures of the BDC department and Octane Auto.

Position Requirements

Omvic License is a bonus
Will be required to complete 80-100 outbound calls daily.
Previous Call Centre experience is considered an asset.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office and Google Apps.
A positive attitude and desire to grow and improve.
Results oriented mindset to succeed.
Willing to work as a member of a team and interact with others in a professional and courteous manner.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
