  • $65,000 + super
  • Mon – Sat / 9am – 5.30pm (with an RDO during the week)
  • Located in Wentworth Point

Our Client

Our client is a premier property management company in the Inner West with a proven track record of success and a commitment to delivering personalised, exceptional service to their clients. Duties

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing all Leasing duties including taking photos, advertising, assessing rental applications and conducting tenant background checks
  • Coordinating open homes and arranging private viewings with potential tenants
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of potential tenants, matching them with available rental properties
  • Providing feedback to property owners and managers
  • Preparing and conducting ingoing inspection s
  • Supporting with other duties where needed including routine inspections, maintenance coordination, rent reviews, and lease renewals

Specific requirements:

  • Real Estate experience is preferred, but NOT essential
  • A desire to be in Real Estate long term
  • A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle
  • A good communicator with a customer-centric mindset
