As a Manager/Senior Manager you will work closely with the Directors and take responsibility for an exceptional client portfolio and lead a established and highly motivated team. This multi-Partner CA firm offers a holistic service to their client base across Tax Advisory, Corporate Finance, Business Services, and SMSF. The client base is predominantly entrepreneurial, construction, and primary production.

With strong interpersonal, client relationship and management skills you will also need the ability to pro-actively develop advisory and consulting work within key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Reviewing work, managing deadlines, work flow, budgets, team training and staff development.
  • Managing a client portfolio of medium to large private clients.
  • Business develop to grow advisory fee base within 18 months.

Ideally you will need:

  • Strong leadership and delegation skills and the management experience to lead a team
  • CA or CPA qualified with a minimum of 10 years business services and tax experience.
  • The desire to take on a future partnership role with a growing, high quality mid-sized CA firm

This opportunity will ideally suit an experienced Business Services Manager/ Senior Manager or Associate Director looking for a clear path to achieving the level of Director/Partner within the next 12 months.
