This organisation is a leading vendor in contact centre and customer experience technology. They have been going from strength to strength with some major client wins of late and are now looking to expand the team with a Consultant based in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the outright leader within their space and work with some of the largest organisations in Australia and New Zealand.
Role
The focus of this role will be to work closely with key customers, obtain customer feedback and data, analyse data, quality and analytics from their technology and consultant back to the customer. You will also be supporting every touch point through onboarding and ongoing success, internal presales, being the SME, working discovery sessions, training and implementation.
