Your New Role:

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment practices across a range of clinical and non-clinical job vacancies. You will also be provided with the opportunity to develop strategic recruitment initiatives.

At Better Rehab, no two days are the same, though a typical day may involve:

• Working through the end-to-end recruitment process including drafting job ads, updating candidates on their application, coordinating interviews, offering candidates, preparing contracts for new starters and onboarding new staff
• Accurately representing Better Rehab’s culture to both internal and external stakeholders
• Analyzing recruitment data, as well as reviewing competitor activity and ing on this accordingly
• Working with the clinical and leadership teams to assess personnel requirements within Better Rehab
• Ensuring all compliance is attained for new Better Rehabbers
• Initiating new recruitment techniques, including both active and passive approaches

What we are Looking For:

• You have 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience either internally or with an agency
• You have experience with end-to-end recruitment
• You have experience with passive recruitment processes including SEEK Premium Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter and database searches
• You are a people person and passionate about finding the right cultural fit
• You are passionate about recruitment and see yourself progressing in this area
• Police Check
• Working with Children Check
• NDIS Workers Check
• Proof of full COVID Vaccination
