IT Support Engineer

* Up to $100k-110k plus super (experience dependant)

* Hills location

* Make the role a field role, or in the office role – your choice!

What you will be doing;

– Either on client site tending to their problems, or doing it from the office

– Configure, troubleshoot and remediate issues with firewalls, switches, virtual infrastructure and more

– Configure servers and networking hardware

– Provide all levels of IT support

– Remote support of servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments

What you need;

– MSP experience – MUST have

– Australian licence and car

– Exceptional communication

– Experience in the following tech stack;
