Where You’ll Be Working
Location: Acheson
Schedule: 7 x 7, 12 hour, rotating days and nights (week of days, week off, week of nights, week off)
Hourly Rate: Between $30.78-$40.36 per hour (tiered rate system)
Overtime: After 44 hours in a week or designated day off

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing
Move tools, materials, parts, components and materials to and from work areas
Fuels, greases/lubing and services heavy equipment
Performs preventative maintenance including but not limited to tire changes and oil filter changes
Assist journeyman with minor repairs and maintenance of equipment
Washing/cleaning and preparing heavy equipment
Painting & Sandblasting equipment components
Acts as a spotter for heavy equipment
Provides general clean up and ongoing monitoring and maintenance of work area
Teardown of equipment and components
Undercarriage rebuilds
Qualifications:
What Makes You The ONE
Knowledge about maintenance, and a general knowledge of mechanical aspects or equivalent work experience.
High school diploma
Must have valid class 5 driver’s license
Effective interpersonal skills
Always demonstrate safety
Be proficient in English, both verbally and written
Basic computer literacy/skills.
Exerience around heavy equipment is an asset.

Undergo and successfully pass the following pre-employment testing:
Breath Alcohol Test
Urine Drug Test
Fitness-to-Work Assessment
Audiometric Testing
Vision Screening
Criminal Record Check
Once moved into onboarding, the following processes will occur:
Will receive a call from NACG to set up all required pre-employment testing
An email will be sent with all required New Hire Paperwork to be filled out
After all results and paperwork are received by NACG, candidates will be contacted by us to schedule orientation and confirm your start date and other location (site) specific details.
