Duties & Responsibilities

• Manages incoming calls and directs them appropriately
• Greets and assists clients and other visitors at the office
• Maintains accurate information in our Client Management System
• Performs scanning, filing, and document control duties
• Assists with miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.50-$24.34 per hour
