With several projects underway across Australia, as well as multiple projects at advanced tender stage, we now have an opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join our friendly HR team in Osborne Park.

ing to the Recruitment Lead, the Recruitment Advisor will be accountable for driving best practice end-to-end recruitment support for both White and Blue collar roles. We are flexible and as such, this role is open to part-time, school hours or full -time for a 4-month minimum duration, with opportunity for permanency.

About The Role

• Responsible for the coordination and management of the full cycle of recruitment including advertising, screening CVs, phone screens, interviews, pre-employment checks and offer preparation
• Work effectively with all Whittens hiring managers to provide end to end recruitment support
• Candidate management utilising the ATS – JobAdder from selection process to onboarding
• Undertake talent acquisition through a variety of methods including Advert sourcing, LinkedIn Searching, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals
• Responsible for preparing and posting role advertisements on numerous platforms
• Candidate management through the selection process and onboarding
• Act as conduit between project team and mobilisation to ensure timely manning is achieved in line with the program
• Work as part of the team to support Employee Value Proposition and HR strategic deliverables including promoting diversity and inclusion

ABOUT YOU:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within Engineering, Civil Construction, Mining or resources sector
• Exposure and experience of both White and Blue collar roles – Preferable
• Experience using ATS/ LinkedIn Recruiter / Seek / Social Media – A Must
• Adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
