Our client, a successful independent estate agency is looking to recruit a Social Media Marketing Executive to join their marketing team in Mansfield due to continued success and business expansion.

The marketing department is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be working alongside a team of dedicated and talented individuals who are passionate about the company. You will have the chance to be part of a business that values culture and its staff.

Our client is offering the successful Social Media Marketing Executive the following:

  • £20,000-£25,000 basic salary
  • Ongoing training & support
  • Career progression

Key Responsibilities Include, But Will Not Be Limited To

  • ing to the Line Manager and working closely with the marketing team
  • Management of social media across all social media platforms both B2B and B2C (Linkedin/Facebook/Pinterest/Instagram/Twitter/Tik Tok)
  • SM Strategy & Scheduling planning content & copywriting
  • Identifying opportunities to grow & improve our social media offering
  • Community management/responding & dealing with all enquiries, comments/DM’s.
  • You will have a proven track record of creating successful paid social campaigns and an ROI.
  • You will have a voice and be full of creative ideas & be able to make insight-led recommendations to continuously improve our brand.
  • You will be a trendsetter – looking at what’s hot & what’s not! You will be one step ahead, constantly looking to evolve & improve our activity, jumping at any given opportunity to profile the brand in the right way.
  • Manage & forge relationships with influencers, social butterflies & aligned brands/ companies such as interiors/lifestyle.

Requirements Of a Social Media Marketing Executive

  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience interacting within online communities- Social Media Marketing: 2 years (required) & Facebook Advertising: 2 years (required)
  • Experience working with a media planner to inform scheduling based on events/dates in the calendar.
  • You will be bright, enthusiastic and a hardworking team player and be highly organised & capable of working to tight deadlines.
  • Basic graphic design experience and knowledge of Adobe Software would be an advantage
  • Have a proven ability to create a clear concise strategy based on analytics & audience research with previous organic & paid social media experience.
  • You will be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and have the ability to combine creativity & strategy to achieve set KPIs.
