Chestermere Lake Registry Agent

• 18 years of age or older
• Satisfactory Police Information Check
• High school diploma or high school equivalency
• We will train
• Be able to Speak, Write, Read and understand English

Responsibilities

• Answer over-the-phone inquiries, greet customers and offer customer services to clients
• Identify services required and determine whether accredited to provide required service
• Provide information, establish customers’ eligibility, examine customers’ documents
• Verify identities of customers, assess customers’ behaviors and character
• Print requested products, review products with customers and obtain signatures
• Check work, deliver products, access appropriate databases and navigate in databases
• Access procedural guides/links, maintain data integrity and locate correct forms and inventory
• Issue products and finalize processes
• Store documents and information securely
• Protect individual identification and passwords
• Adhere to employee and agent codes of conduct
• Secure physical work-spaces and inventory
• Follow paper/document management protocols
• Follow policies and procedures for each service, explain procedures to customers advise customers
• Apply Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act and apply Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA)
• Speak, read, write and understand English
• Handle payments
• Demonstrate good communication skills, manage time well
• Present self as professional and friendly to customer and co-workers
• Be able to work as a team member
• Pay attention to detail and work well under pressure
