The Role

IAG is on the lookout for a superstar Change Manager to join our team and support our clients.

In this role, we are looking for someone who has strong stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships with individuals at an executive level. The successful candidate will bring people-focused skills to proactively support the needs of our clients and internal teams.

The purpose of the Change Manager role at Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG) is to drive effective change management practices and ensure the successful implementation of projects and initiatives within client organisations.

This role is responsible for applying a structured methodology to lead change management activities, assessing the impact of changes, and developing strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.

The Change Manager will work collaboratively with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to create actionable change management plans, facilitate communication efforts, and provide coaching to individuals and teams undergoing transformation, playing a key role in stakeholder engagement and communications. Ultimately, the Change Manager plays a vital role in fostering organisational agility, managing resistance, and ensuring user readiness, thereby contributing to the overall success of change initiatives and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
