Duties:
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate staff members
– Assist with verifying insurance and benefits information
– Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
– Provide customer support by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues
– Enter information into the system accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
– Previous experience working in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficient in using Excel, Outlook, and Word
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
– Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus -Spanish Speaking preferred
