BlueStone Advisors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our expanding team. Overview:
The role will establish full life cycle talent acquisition processes to identify, recruit, evaluate and close talent for BlueStone Advisors’ positions.
Responsibilities:
· Engage in full life cycle recruiting with a high-touch, consultative approach.
· Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offer creation and negotiation for potential new employees.
· Utilize consultative skills advising the business on how to select the best talent for their team.
· Develop positive relationships with leadership to establish a proven understanding of strategic, financial objectives and how they relate to hiring needs.
· Collaborate with Leadership to understand specific performance results desired for each role.
· Provide frequent touch points with Leadership on progress and results.
· Continually build a talent pipeline to solve future business needs.
Requirements:
· 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
· Human Resources experience a plus, but not required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships with hiring leaders.
· Demonstrated commitment to providing an exceptional candidate hiring experience.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· Degree preferred, but not required.
