No experience needed as we provide training to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and text message offering support and solutions per the company’s customer service policies. Manage customer expectations.
• Manage the piano storage process by accurately enrolling new storage customers and scheduling the move-ins and out of storage and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maximizing daily schedule efficiency by working with a team to ensure both customer and company goals are met.
• Use GPS tools to track the location of company vehicles to aid and assist in prompt service and document progress or delays encountered.
• Prepare weekly performance metrics.
• Supporting department manager with coordination and oversight of the movers/drivers and the daily activities.
• Assure customer payments are processed accurately and promptly.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to type, text, email is required.
• Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (think – talking on the phone, typing, and researching all at the same time).
• Effective time management skills with the ability to juggle constant competing priorities.
• A talent for critical thinking and problem-solving.

The position is temporary during training for the first 6 months and pays $20.00 per hour. If training/development is successful, a permanent position and appropriate compensation increase will follow.
