Customer Specialist

Job Summary:

The primary role of the Customer Specialist is to provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, responding to emails and directing inquiries from customers. We take a proactive approach to customer satisfaction with follow-up correspondence and prompt attention to any customer comments, needs or complaints.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate departments and make standard appointments
• Send follow-up emails to customers and relay information to management for process improvement
• Explore customer complaints, problem solve and propose agreeable solutions
• Confer with staff members to obtain infomation for each case
• Follow up on customer inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in complaint resolution
• Exceptional communication via phone, text, email and in-person
• Ability to handle customer complaints and problem-solve to find solutions
• Professional appearance

Schedule:

• Make your own hours! We are open 7:30am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 3pm on Saturday. Schedule must remain consistent from week to week.
• 20 to 40 hour work week required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
