Engaging with a variety of stakeholders, the Group Manager is accountable for leading and coaching stores to meet key objectives and embed our purpose, values and ways of working to ensure a customer and team 1st culture built on solid foundations.

We are looking for a full time Group Manager to support 7 stores within the Tamworth area who is committed, driven and looking for a long term role with a drive for growth.

The Role
We are currently looking for a passionate retail people leader to join our team as a Group Manager. You will provide support to the zone and state teams to deliver the company and zone strategy by guiding, coaching, influencing and motivating a team of Store Managers and over 1300 team members. You will be an integral part of implementing and creating a group strategy to ensure the delivery of the company vision, while identifying and developing talent to build a pipeline for the future within the wider zone.

Your Success Profile For This Role
Operational leadership experience in a multi-site retail environment is pivotal to balancing big picture thinking with executing on strategic plans and an ability to prioritise operational needs. Experience in supporting, coaching, mentoring and inspiring a large team is essential to execute and deliver key initiatives. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on process and compliance is important to ensuring delivery is consistent and embedded with sustainable change. Strong financial acumen, influencing skills, and a data led approach will enable effective decisions, a focus on the right things and allow purposeful support from key partners to help the group achieve what is needed.
