Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Patient Access Team Lead for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? What you will do in this role:

• Assist management with creating staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
• Relieve staff members during employee sick/vacation time
• Assume on-call responsibilities to insure adequate staffing and problem-solving
• Assist in resolving patient concerns
• Oversee daily activities of the registration areas to insure department standards are met
• Maintain the effectiveness of patient flow
• Assist management to insure all department policies and procedures are followed

What you should have for this role:

• At least one year of related experience required.
