Pexco LLC Hiring for Warehouse Forklift Operator (Full-time; hr Day Shifts) at Fife, WA Full Time

Pexco is looking for a Warehouse Forklift Operator for our plastics manufacturing plant in Fife, WA. This position is under the general supervision of the Shipping Supervisor. Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently perform general warehouse duties to include pulling orders and preparing for shipment, putting away materials into warehouse, unloading inbound loads, housekeeping, etc.
• Safely and skillfully operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, ensuring the proper handling and storage of materials.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies by conducting thorough troubleshooting and maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and maintain a well-organized workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Forklift experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with inventory systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Use of PPE required: Ear plugs, steel toe shoes, safety glasses etc.
• Moving and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• Walking, standing on concrete.
• Occasional repetitive movements.

Work Environment:

• Working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. Climate may be cold or hot depending on outside temperature.
• Exposed to dust, odors, fumes, and noise associated with the extrusion and fabrication manufacturing process.
