WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST

We are searching for a part time Weekend Receptionist to be our “VP of first impressions!” The perfect candidate will work every Saturday and Sunday, 2p-8pm. They will have exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to function in a fast-paced office setting while exhibiting a positive and professional attitude.

As Weekend Receptionist you will:

• Promptly and professionally answer multi-line phone system.

• Screen and route calls to appropriate departments.

• Greet visitors and residents with a smile and positive attitude.

• Distribute facility mail.

• Provide clerical support to other departments as necessary.

Receptionist Requirements:

• 1-year related experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions.
• Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong communication skills.
• Multi-tasking skills.
