As a Prime Source Foods Field Sales Representative for the Processing Department (FSR-PCR), you will be charged with an essential role in achieving revenue growth objectives for The Cutting Room ™. The main focus is to introduce The Cutting Room ™ bespoke protein items that are produced in-house, as well as the volume capacity that our top-of-the-line equipment can quickly provide to local customers. Presentations are made for existing or potential customers, and at restaurant, deli, hospital or other opportunities that may be worthwhile. Regular travel throughout New England is required as well as representing The Cutting Room ™ at food distribution trade shows.
This position requires in-depth knowledge of items currently produced, as well as concisely debriefing item requests to management and finding patterns in sales or potential revenue streams. The FSR-PCR will maintain continuity with The Cutting Room ™ branding and assist in developing marketing pieces to achieve these goals.
The FSR-PCR is comfortable making and answering dozens of qualifying calls each day, as well as vehicle travel to prospects regularly. Teamwork is involved to collaborate with various teammates in generating interest with qualifying prospects, showcasing products at our Culinary Institute or providing samples, asking for the sale and establishing customer accounts.
This is an OT exempt position and s directly to the Sr. Production Manager, and one will be expected to sign a confidentiality and non-compete agreement. A monthly allowance will be available for mileage and related receipts. There is opportunity to earn additional financial incentives through new customers and sales growth.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a blended office/local day travel role. The office requires frequent use of keyboard, mouse, and multiple monitors. Company iPhone (office headset available) is used frequently every day. Ergonomic desks are installed to avoid periods of prolonged sitting. Working at NH headquarters is required weekly, after a full training period, administrative work from home (WFH) may be considered.
Travel 3-4 days a week is in personal vehicle throughout a multi-state geographical coverage and can be hundreds of miles in a work week.
Meetings with other team members may be in refrigerated areas and accessed by stairs.
