Rodeco Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Sanford, NC Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual to expand our Customer Service Team. This position will require the employee to become fluent in the products we offer. This full-time position is in Sanford, NC.

DUTIES & REPSONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers via phone and email by entering orders and acknowledgements.
• Respond to customer inquiries ranging from pricing, product availability, general product information, order status, and other common questions.
• Carefully listen to customers’ questions or concerns and anticipate their needs.
• Assist our sales team by providing quotes and other documentation as needed.
• Document customer interactions in our ERP, CRM and accounting systems and make necessary team members aware of any ongoing situations.
• Perform basic accounting tasks as required.
• Resolve quality assurance issues in a helpful, timely, and professional manger.
• Modify order or shipping details as needed and accurately process returns, credits, and additional charges.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s degree is desired but not required.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in using Word, Excel and other Microsoft programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with answering calls and speaking to customers on the phone.
• Strong ability to manage time and responsibilities in a self-directed environment.
• Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, team player and desire to help others.
• Willingness to perform additional duties and support teams as directed.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
