Job Description
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Decides user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. May require a bachelor’s degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field or a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and conduct goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
