Full Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist position for Butler Medical Providers/Independence Health System is responsible to plan, develop and implement recruitment and staffing strategies for assigned departments/specialties with special emphasis on a well-qualified and diverse pool of candidates, exceptional internal and external customer support, process improvement, and cost effectiveness. Responsible for managing all aspects of the recruiting process from non-exempt through Advanced Practice and Director level positions as well as leading HR projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Minimum: Associate Degree in a related field
Preferred: Bachelor Degree in related field

Registration/Certification/Licensure:
NA

Experience:
Minimum: One year of Human Resource experience in recruiting, benefits, compensation and/or employee relations.
Preferred: N/A

Other Requirements:
Proficient in current software applications to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Excellent communication skills and time management. Strong decision-making skills.

Schedule: Full-time Exempt, Day shift Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm Hybrid
