We are seeking a Sales and Marketing graduate to be part of our US-based team. The role will be wide-ranging allowing the graduate to work as part of the wider AQMetrics sales and marketing team.
As a Sales and Marketing Graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside industry experts and contribute to our exciting journey.
Assist in Coordinating and Managing Regional Marketing Events: Assist in planning and executing local marketing events, such as seminars, workshops, and webinars. Collaborate with team members to ensure event logistics are organized, including venue selection, promotion, and follow-up.
Build Relationships with Industry Specialists and Speakers: Research and identify potential industry experts and speakers to participate in AQMetrics events. Assist in outreach and communication to secure their participation in roundtables, webinars, and other events.
Support CRM Data Management for Sales: Assist in maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with the sales team to manage and organize customer and lead information effectively.
Contribute Content Ideas for Targeted Marketing: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and propose content ideas tailored to the regional audience.
Assist in researching industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
Qualify Marketing Leads and Demo Requests: Assist in assessing and qualifying demo requests generated from marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the right leads are prioritized for follow-up.
Follow Up on Leads via HubSpot: Assist in managing and responding to leads generated through the HubSpot platform (training for Hubspot and our other Sales & Marketing tools will be provided). Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and appropriate follow-up actions.
Support Sales Enablement Platforms: Help manage sales enablement tools to provide data and collateral for sales campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient use of these tools for targeted outreach.
Assist in RFP Development and Pipeline Acceleration: Support the team in preparing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and other pipeline acceleration tactics. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely and effective RFP submissions.
Contribute to Nurture Email Sequences: Collaborate with team members to develop and enhance email sequences for lead nurturing.
Support Digital Marketing Initiatives: Assist in various digital marketing initiatives, including social media and content distribution.
General Marketing Support: Provide assistance with various marketing tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team.
Applicants must have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or be in their final year of study
