Job Opening:

Part Time, QBO Bookkeeper & Office Assistant for a swimming pool cover company based in Huntington Beach, CA.

Responsibilities:

-Bookkeeping w/ QuickBooks Online (a solid understanding of QBO is a must)

-A/R Collections

-Setting Appointments

-Preparing Estimates

-Technician Dispatching

-Other typical office tasks

-(Bonus) Familiar w/ LA & OC cities

-Fieldedge, dispatching software

(Not required to know selected programs, but applicants should be quick learners with software in general.)

-Temp to hire position

-Full hire after 60 days

Hours:

-Part Time: Monday through Friday, 4.5 hours a day, 1:30pm to 6:00pm

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
