Career Management Services Hiring for Resume, LinkedIn and Selection Criteria Writer at Australia Full Time

ing through to the Operations Manager, you will be working with the national team with both the internal career consultants, coaches, other writers, and individual clients.

As part of this role you will be:

• Working with candidates to establish needs and providing advice and support.
• Ensuring that customers receive professional advice, support, and guidance on how to interview well.
• Helping to build an individual’s profile and personal brand writing resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles.
• Conducting Interview coaching and mock interviews and providing candidates with the knowledge to succeed in interviews.
• Assisting customers with Key Selection Criteria by providing professional advice, and coaching support.
• Strategic job seeking guidance and instruction on applying for roles.
• Assisting with other various coaching and training sessions.
• Providing teams, interview phone coaching and preparations sessions as required.
• Reviewing existing resumes, cover letters and selection criteria applications and providing recommendations on advice. 

The successful candidate will have worked in Recruitment or Human Resources,and be familiar with interviewing candidates and talking to clients. Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years plus in resume writing, selection criteria and LinkedIn, if you have only completed resumes and cover letter then please apply as selection criteria and coaching is not essential. The successful candidate may have a background as a career coach or interview coaching, but this is not an essential requirement. You must be comfortable in their understanding of the interview process and recruitment process, will probably come from a recruitment, corporate or Government sector and enjoy helping people. You will have good communication skills both written and verbal and be able to influence at all levels.
